Drive from Nairobi, with a road journey to Lake Naivasha. Stop en route at the Great Rift Valley for its stunning views . Proceed to enjoy an exciting 1 hour guided Boat ride on the lake, where you can see some of the lake's wildlife including Hippo, as well as the Fish Eagles that prey on the lake's smaller fish. Return to the lodge for Lunch - rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sawela Lodge.
Enjoy an early morning buffet then drive to Mt. Longonot for a 3 to 5 hour mountain hike with our seasoned guide and Naturalist. It is an exciting adventure as the guide narrates the history of this great land Naiposha (Maasai name for Naivasha) and about the flora and fauna of this area. Upon descending the mountain, you enjoy packed lunch and some cold drinks. Arrive back at the lodge in the afternoon for games and other fun activities. In the evening you may opt to enjoy a Banquet or Bush Dinner while you are entertained by a troupe of traditional dancers or an African Band. Dinner and overnight in the lodge
